All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note delivery times may vary due to the high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control, such as busy periods like Christmas.

New Zealand: Flat rate $15.50

Australia: Flat rate $10

International: Flat rate $25

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 207 Gill Street, New Plymouth (Strandon). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to pick up within two hours of the order being placed. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our operating hours. Please have your confirmation email with you when you come in.

Please do not select "In-Store Pickup" unless you intend to pick up from our New Plymouth based salon. Additional fees will be charged for any local pickup orders that later require shipping.
